Employee Relations
Assists employees with work-related problems in understanding the disciplinary process, as well as policies and procedures. Mediation services are available to resolve employee/supervisor and co-worker conflict and to assist both parties in the following areas: performance, coaching and counseling, communication improvement tips, conflict resolution suggestions, and grievance process adminstration.
